Amazing traditional Balinese-style house with a cool and clean pool. The comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning ensured a great night's sleep. The butler service was super lovely and the delicious cooked breakfast options were a treat. Outstanding value for money, providing a private and peaceful experience in the midst of busy Ubud.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts served to us in the villa each morning. The pool was great and the surroundings were pleasant. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the attractions of Ubud.

I recently stayed at a private villa in Bali and it was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main restaurant and bar area. The villa itself was beautiful, with a private pool and stunning views of nature. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and there was a great selection to choose from. the villa was a peaceful and luxurious retreat.
One downside was that there was a small issue with a light in the room that couldn't be switched on. However, the staff were quick to respond and fixed it promptly.

We had a great stay during the New Year's at this villa. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the location was convenient, just a short ride away from the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. the private pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.
There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the neighboring villa's party kept us up with their loud music late into the night and started again early in the morning, disrupting our sleep.

We loved our stay at Homayoon Private Villa! The private pool was a dream, especially on hot days. The outdoor living space was perfect for relaxing, and the huge rooms provided plenty of space for our family. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. we highly recommend this wonderful quiet spot near the heart of Ubud.
That there were only two sun beds by the pool, so not everyone could be comfortable at the same time. It would have been great if there were more sun beds or comfortable pillows for the chairs and bench on the terrace.
